Dr. Chris Railey is the senior director of Leadership and Church Development at the AG National Office. He previously pastored New Community Church in Mesquite, Texas. Under his leadership, the church grew 600 percent to 600 people in just three years. Chris graduated from Evangel University with a B.A. in Biblical Studies, and went on to receive his M.A. in Counseling and M.DIV from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Chris also received his D. Min in Organizational Leadership from AGTS.

John Jay Wilson

Director of Operations | JJWilson@ag.org

John Jay Wilson studied government at Evangel University and worked for two United States Senators in Missouri, John Ashcroft and Kit Bond, right out of college. After joining a team to help plant North Point Church in Springfield, MO, John Jay served as the Administrative Associate there until he accepted a position at the AG National Office as Administrator to the General Superintendent. In 2011, he joined the Church Multiplication Network team, and now serves CMN as the Director of Operations. John Jay also has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University.

John Davidson

Dr. John Davidson helps to coordinate church planting and leadership development among current and future ministers. Prior to serving at the AG National Office, John served in multiple pastoral roles, including many years on the pastoral staff at The Oaks Fellowship in Red Oak, TX. John served in higher education as the director of The Oaks School of Leadership and as a faculty member at multiple universities. He is a graduate of Evangel University and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, where he earned a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies.

Dustin Evans

Communication and Content Strategist | devans@ag.org

Dustin Evans handles communication strategy for CMN’s social media, event marketing, email, and website. He has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Evangel University, and brings 4 years of communications experience to the CMN team. Dustin is one of the most-followed users on Pinterest, with nearly 2.7 million followers on the platform.

Carol Getty

Special projects Coordinator | cgetty@ag.org

Carol Getty coordinates event logistics for the Center for Leadership and Church Development and handles administrative duties for the Senior Director. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Penn State University and was a teacher for several years - including homeschooling her daughter.

Fun facts: Carol has had breakfast at the White House, been in a cow milking contest, and married an NFL player, not in that order!

Josh DeForest

Josh DeForest is the son of church planters in Fort Worth, TX. He graduated from Evangel University with a B.A. in Biblical Studies 2011. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from Missouri State University. Josh has been married since 2011, and enjoys helping people find practical ways to make big things happen. He currently coordinates CMN's START campus events.

Joe Licavoli

Joe Licavoli is the project coordinator for CMN's Launch and Multiply events. He has a B.S. in Church Leadership from Evangel University. Joe's long-term goal is to plant a church in Long Island, NY, where both he and his wife, Gabby, are from. Joe felt the call to plant a church after a CMN Start event at Central Bible College, and he's extremely excited to be a part of the CMN team!

Jacob Musselman

Matching Fund Specialist | jmusselman@ag.org

Jacob Musselman is a bi-vocational church planter. After joining CMN in 2012, he and his family launched Sought Church in Las Vegas, NV, in 2014. He loves pushing people to take a leap of faith.

Married since 2005, Jacob and Janelle have two children. He graduated from the University of Nevada with a degree in elementary education and completed his Masters of Divinity at AGTS in 2012. He is CMN's Matching Fund Specialist.

Gina Schlagel

Gina Schlagel serves as the administrative coordinator for the team. Originally from Utah, Gina recently moved to Springfield from Colorado and comes with a strong background in administrative support, project management, and event coordination.
