The Multiply Cohort is a one-year process designed to facilitate the creation and execution of strategic plans for local church growth and multiplication.
At CMN, our heart is to create a culture of multiplication that leads to the reproduction of disciples, leaders, and Kingdom impact. The Multiply Cohort is the means by which we can make that possible for your church.
Why join the Multiply Cohort?
Joining the CMN Multiply Cohort has the following advantages:
Learn from a variety of successful leaders
Experience best practices from churches across the country
Network with more than a dozen churches on the same journey
Spend significant time with your leadership team developing an action plan based on a God-sized vision for your church
Benefit from outside accountability and coaching as you execute your action plan
When you attend a conference, you walk away with a notebook full of ideas, but no plan for putting those ideas to work in your church. When you hire a consultant, you build a plan based on a single model: the model your consultant is most familiar with.
When you join a community like the Multiply Cohort, you get the advantage of multiple teachers, multiple models, and a customized plan to do what God has called you to accomplish in your community.
At the Multiply Cohort, the lead pastor, spouse, and up to three staff pastors participate in three cohort gatherings over the course of a year. At each gathering, leaders hear from ministry experts, collaborate with other church teams, and build strategic plans. Each meeting focuses on different key aspects of growth and multiplication:
August 22-23, 2019
Mission and Vision
Journey Church • Cleveland, OH
Hosted by CMN Lead Team member Jim Wilkes
January 23-24, 2020

LifePoint Church • Clarksville, TN

Includes registration for three Multiply Cohort meetings for you, your spouse, and up to three team members.
