Evaluate Your Health–
Our team of multiplication coaches will assess the health of your church based on six factors of multiplication. These are six essential systems that your church must have before multiplication can take place. We want to help identify both the strengths and challenges of your ministry.
Discover Your Possibilities–
We want to expose you to experts from across the country who are doing exactly what you want to do. Often, we will introduce you to practitioners taking very different approaches to ministry, this is all in an effort to expand your understanding and to present diverse strategies for effectively reaching your community.
Craft Your Strategy–
We provide the time, guidance, and structure for you to create intentional plans to accomplish the mission God has given you. Our coaches provide real-time feedback to help you refine your strategy. The cohort environment also provides opportunities to connect and collaborate with churches across the country with a similar vision for multiplication.
Execute Your Vision–
The Multiply Cohort provides a structure and plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be. The entire cohort is committed to bringing out the best in one another.
At the Multiply Cohort, the lead pastor, spouse, and up to three staff pastors participate in three cohort gatherings over the course of a year. At each gathering, leaders hear from ministry experts, collaborate with other church teams, and build strategic plans.
