CMN COHORTS

Urban Cohort

The CMN Urban Cohort is designed to support and equip pastors and leaders serving in urban communities. This cohort begins at the CMN Urban Gathering on October 15-16, 2025, in Washington, D.C.


After the gathering, cohort members will meet monthly via Zoom with CMN’s Urban Cohort Facilitator for ongoing encouragement, coaching, and collaboration. This experience provides a great opportunity to gain practical insights, build relationships, and receive valuable support tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of urban ministry.

 


Key Details Before Applying


  • Cohort Kickoff: October 15-16, 2025, at CMN’s Urban Gathering in Washington, D.C.
  • Ongoing Commitment: Monthly one-hour Zoom meetings (time selected based on cohort availability).
  • Covered Costs: Registration and accommodations for the Urban Gathering are provided.
  • Your Responsibility: Travel expenses to and from Washington, D.C.

 


An application fee will apply if you are accepted.

URBAN COHORT APPLICATION

Rural Cohort

The CMN Rural Cohort is intended to support and equip pastors and leaders serving in rural communities. This cohort begins at the CMN Rural Gathering on November 3-4, 2025, in Anson, Texas.


This cohort offers a wonderful chance to join a supportive community of rural pastors dedicated to church planting and enhancing their churches and communities. Through monthly zoom meetings, you will have a chance to learn and grow in your ministry journey. If you're ready to grow and commit to this journey, we’d be excited to have you apply!

  • Cohort Kickoff: November 3-4, 2025, at CMN’s Rural Gathering in Anson, Texas.
  • Ongoing Commitment: Monthly one-hour Zoom meetings (time selected based on cohort availability).
  • Covered Costs: Registration for the Rural Gathering are provided.
  • Your Responsibility: Accomodations and travel expenses to and from Anson, Texas.
