In 2017, the Church Multiplication Network began thinking about creating a way to gather our network to celebrate, encourage, and inspire one another as we step into new seasons. In March 2018, this idea materialized into the CMN Conference.
The CMN Conference is a focal point for church planters, pastors, and leaders to acknowledge and celebrate the work God is doing around us. It’s an opportunity to connect with others navigating similar ministry stages, learn from dynamic speakers in main sessions, engage in focused discussions in breakouts, and build new relationships.
This conference is designed with you in mind, regardless of whether you lead a church plant, serve as a staff pastor, oversee an established church, or work in the marketplace. You’ll leave with enhanced skills, a clearer sense of God’s calling, and the support of a community dedicated to your success.
Jabin Chavez and his wife, Shanen, have a deep love for Las Vegas. While many see it as a weekend getaway or a place of diverse experiences, to Jabin and Shanen, it’s a city where they see a light in the desert.
Having always felt the call to plant a church, they didn’t have a specific city in mind until Pastor Jentezen Franklin, after five years of their service at Free Chapel, confirmed that it was time to bring to fruition the vision God had placed in their hearts years ago.
Relocating from Newport Beach, California, in June 2017, Jabin and Shanen embarked on a journey to plant a life-giving church in the heart of Las Vegas. Grateful for all that God has done, they are driven by an even greater vision to impact the city, the nation, and beyond. In the mission of City Light, the focus is solely on Jesus.

The church has close to 13,000 congregations in the United States with nearly three million adherents. The U.S. Assemblies of God is part of a larger World Assemblies of God Fellowship (WAGF) with a membership of over 69 million. Clay serves as the vice chairman of WAGF.
