In this video, Kristi Northup discusses the process of developing your church’s operational budget. Operating a church on the day-to-day costs money and that’s where your operational budget comes in. The cost of running your church will be influenced by things like your church model, capital, financial partners, location, facility, salaries, and geographical economics. It’s important to create an operational budget and not go outside of it.
